The Digital Media Planner/Buyer manages and helps develop strategic paid digital advertising strategies for our clients. The role requires a broad range of skills including collaboration with account services, digital and creative teams and clients to guide strategic advertising buying across all paid digital platforms; display, search, video, digital audio, OTT, social, etc. The role includes identifying targeted tactics based on campaign briefs, defining media goals measured against precise KPIs and a commitment to driving innovative paid media solutions with flawless execution.





  • Develop and present proposals with recommended digital media tactics and rationale
  • Implement, manage and optimize paid digital advertising
  • Monitor and analyze performance trends and develop strategies based on data
  • Estimate budgets and volumes for prospective campaigns
  • Work with digital and creative teams creating digital ad content to drive results
  • Execute digital marketing tactics including bid management, keyword research/development, ad copy writing, campaign performance tracking, reporting and testing
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and offer recommendations based on evaluations to improve the campaigns
  • Compile results and present monthly reports to clients effectively communicating strategies and performance trends
  • Establish and maintain relationships with search engine networks and vendors
  • Audit search and display efforts of clients’ competitors
  • Monitor digital marketing landscape and industry trends
  • Identify new digital advertising opportunities
  • Conduct internal and client education sessions to share the latest new technologies, multichannel/digital solutions and trends
  • Manage invoices including verification, reconciliation and payment for all digital advertising placements
  • Assist with new business RFP creation and presentations




  • 3+ years of digital advertising experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations or related field
  • Cool, calm, collected and collaborative



  • Experience with digital advertising platforms including programmatic display and video, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Experience with auditing established campaigns, providing recommendations and restructuring solutions to improve performance
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data to drive marketing strategies and actionable insights from data
  • Proven experience managing display, search, video, remarketing and social media campaigns
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certification is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in exercising independent judgement in problem solving
  • Must be adaptable and able to calmly deal with shifting priorities
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of accountability/ownership of process and results
  • Leadership and client relationship skills

  • Highly organized and detail orientated with an ability to influence others in these areas
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with vendors

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or working with medical professionals is a plus
